Eligibility
To be eligible to win, you must reside in a country where Done by Deer currently ships as of 31 August 2024. Please see the latest overview here.Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence and, if including a child in the photography, must be the legal guardian of the child.
The competition is void where prohibited by law.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the competition period.The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date, and winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 days of the notification, Done by Deer A/S reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
Entry Period
The competition starts on [Start Date] and ends on 31 August 2024.All entries must be received by 31 August 2024.
Usage Rights
By entering the competition, you grant Done by Deer A/S the right to use the assets submitted for commercial purposes, including but not limited to, organic and paid social media, website, newsletters, and other online advertising.You permit Done by Deer A/S to colour correct and resize the images as necessary for these purposes, but the images will not be otherwise digitally altered.
Done by Deer A/S will credit the original creator wherever possible, but this is not guaranteed in every instance.
Duration of Usage Rights
You grant Done by Deer A/S usage rights to the assets in perpetuity unless you formally request Done by Deer A/S to stop using the assets.To request cessation of use, please write to shop@donebydeer.com specifying the name and assets you wish to stop being used.
Upon formal request, Done by Deer A/S is entitled to use the assets for no less than one year from the end of the competition, meaning until 31 August 2025.
Privacy and Data Protection
By entering the competition, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with GDPR.Your data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
General
Done by Deer A/S reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.The decisions of Done by Deer A/S are final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.
