Silicone is a highly versatile material and can be found in many of the products we use in our daily lives. This material is widely used in baby products due to its combination of safety, durability, and comfort. Renowned for its rubber-like qualities, it is both flexible and long-lasting, making it highly functional.
The silicone we use for our tableware, teethers, pacifier pouches and more is produced from 100% virgin food grade silicone, making our silicone perfectly safe for your little one. Free from BPA, phthalates and other harmful substances it complies with the European food standard as well as American FDA and German LFGB.
Polypropylene, also known as PP, is a semi-rigid, tough thermoplastic material. PP is one the most used types of plastic and is widespread due to its strength and toughness. It’s both lightweight and easy to clean, making it ideal for little ones.
Our PP tableware, drinking bottles, food storage and more are free from BPA, phthalates, and other harmful substances. And after being a safe choice the PP products can be turned into new daily life products when being recycled.
Tritan is a trademarked plastic and it’s a very functional material for children. Tritan retains its clarity over an extended period and is resistant to both stains and scents, and it can withstand cleaning
agents.

Polyurethane coating, also known as PU or poly-coating, is a plastic material that exists in various formats. PU is often used as a coating on other products due to its water repellent properties, which help to protect the underlying material.
PU-coating is durable over a long time span and is very easy to clean due to the repellent surface. The PU-coating we use for our products is perfectly safe for little ones to be in contact with.
Polyester is one of the most commonly used textiles in the world, valued for its versatility in a wide range of consumer and industrial products. It is a general term for a material that can be produced in various forms and qualities depending on its intended use.
Polyester can be found in clothing and apparel, home textiles, toys and stuffed animals and many more.
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is widely used to
make clothing and various household items, but it begins as a clear, strong, and lightweight plastic. PET can be transformed into fibers, which can be used to create polyester.
PET can be stretched into thin sheets, which can be made into material for PET bottles. These bottles are recyclable and are now repurposed in some of our products, including our quilted changing bags. PET is free from BPA, phthalates and other harmful substances.
Polyethylene (PE) is a type of thermoplastic and is highly
versatile material with numerous applications across various industries, thanks to its unique properties and adaptability.
PE is the most commonly used type of plastic in the world, due to its strong and durable features and long-lasting characteristics. It is a 100% food grade plastic free from BPA and phthalates
and other harmful substances.
Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) is a flexible
rubber-like material that is treated like plastic. It blends the versatile manufacturing qualities of thermoplastic with the flexibility and softness of elastomers. TPE can sustain high temperatures without bending or cracking, and it is both tear-resistant and soft to the touch.
Additionally, TPE is free from BPA, phthalates and other harmful substances, making it perfectly safe for little ones to use.
The OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a label for textiles tested for harmful substances. Every component of an OEKO-TEX® certified product, such as fabric, thread, zippers, filling, tags, and print, undergoes testing for toxic substances, ensuring it’s safe for you and your little one’s health.
Being OEKO-TEX® means that the products have no harmful effects on human health and well-being. Our care and sleepy textiles certified Class 1 products according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, which has the strictest criteria. So, when you see a product with the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 label, you can be confident that it is
completely safe for your little one.
