Habe mir die Flasche gekauft und sie ist leider nicht dicht. Sobald sie liegt, findet man unter der Flasche eine Wasserlacke. Ist meiner Meinung nach ganz schlecht für Kinder.

Thank you for taking your time to write a review of the Elphee straw bottle.

I might have a solution to the leakage.

Our bottles have a small sealing ring on the inside of the lid.

If this ring is not placed correctly or is lost after washing, the bottle may leak a little.

It can also become leaky if the lid is tightened too tightly, so that the small sealing ring is twisted at an angle.

It is therefore important to place the ring correctly after washing and not to over-tighten the lid, this will cause the bottle to leak.

If none of these solutions help, and you believe that your bottle is faulty, please contact the shop from where you bought the bottle, and they will be able to help you further in this matter.
