All UK orders are shipped DDP, which means no additional duties, customs fees, or other charges will be added to your order.
Please note that delivery may take a little longer due to customs processing.

You have 365 days to return an item bought at www.donebydeer.com.
Simply fill out the return form included in your parcel and send it together with the item or items to:

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs and we recommend that you send it insured with a tracking number. Kindly note that you are responsible for any items lost in shipping.
Your refund will take place within 14 days after we receive your return parcel at our warehouse. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Exchanging an item
If you wish to exchange an item to another colour, size etc. we kindly ask you to place another order at www.donebydeer.com and return the unwanted item(s) back to us.
Please fill out the return form included in your package and send it together with the item(s) to the abovementioned return address.
Condition of the item you have returned
Please note that if you return an item that has been used or washed, the value of the item will be reduced. In some cases, the reduction will be as high as 100% if the item no longer has a commercial value.
This is decided by DONE BY DEER after receipt of the item.
In order to get a full refund, you may test the product, but not take it into actual use.
