If you wish to cancel your order on the same day it was placed, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@donebydeer.com and include your order number. Please write “Cancellation” in the subject line.

We will always do our best to stop your order before it is packed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee that cancellation is possible. Our warehouse may already have started processing your order.

If your order has already been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can still exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item(s) to us after receiving your order.

To return your item(s), please fill in the return form included in your parcel and send it together with the item(s) to:

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return parcel with tracking, as you are responsible for the item(s) until they reach us.

Once we have received your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email together with the relevant return instructions.
