The metal drinking bottle is sturdy and has a practical hideaway straw. It is perfect for the kids' backpack or at home in the garden for a bee-free drink in the summer. It comes with two straws.
The metal straw bottle is made of 18/8 steel which is great quality steel. This makes the bottle very durable and long lasting. There are no coatings on the inside of the bottle and it does not release any kind of flavor or chemicals.
The practical metal bottle in powder tones is decorated with the loveable Ozzo.

For the price I found this pretty disappointing. Love that it gives you two straws and my son finds it really easy to hold and drink from. However, I've had it for about 6 weeks and the plastic has snapped off the top, making it impossible to open the spout. I bought this because I thought it would see my toddler through a few years until he was ready for a bigger flask, but it's lasted less than two months, which for the outlay is really disappointing. The piece snapped off just in the bottom of the pram, so nothing crazy happened apart from a few things stored on top of it. In contrast my older child had a bottle from Lässig when he was the same age and it's still going strong after 3 years, and many many bumps and falls in the playground.

The bottle should be able to last longer than 6 weeks with correct use.
I cannot find a webshop order with your name, so please contact the shop where you bought the bottle, and they will look into the matter.

Cute but horrible design. Less than a week and its not functional. Even when closed it would drip water because there is a tiny hole that the foldable part of the “straw” punctured into. Then the little plastic part that you push to pop out the straw broke (dropped by toddler) and now it wont open. Who would even make such a design for children knowing they easily drop things?

We take quality very seriously and I therefore recommend that you reach out to the store where you bought the bottle.
As the bottle is new, they will be able to make a quick descision about the further course.
As regards to the little hole, please make sure that the straw says a click sound when closed, this way the bottle should not leak.
There's also a tiny silicone ring inside the hole, is the ring still there?
