Which payment methods can I use?
At donebydeer.com we accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Dankort (Denmark), Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (the Netherlands), Apple pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay & Union Pay.
Is my payment info secure?
Yes, your payment info is encrypted with SSL protocol.
This means that your data is secure and cannot be read by third parties.
DONE BY DEER A/S's own website (www.donebydeer.com) also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
When do you withdraw money for my order?
We will only withdraw your money once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
This happens automatically when your order is marked as shipped in our system and you receive an e-mail with your tracking link.
Kindly note, for certain credit cards, the amount will be reserved on your account immediately.
This does not mean that the money has been withdrawn, but that it is ready to be withdrawn.
We can only reserve the amount on your card for up to 7 days.
Once you receive an email titled "Your Done by Deer package is coming home", your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and we will withdraw the money.
