These are the terms and conditions which we supply products to you, whether these are goods or digital content. Please read them carefully as you will find all the information you need regarding prices, payment, orders, returns, shipping and warranty.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices on the website include VAT. Delivery costs will be charged at the checkout stage.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Danish kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR), Swedish kronor (SEK).
You will receive an order confirmation per e-mail once you have completed your order.
Please note that the order confirmation is only an electronic receipt of your order, and not a legally binding agreement. You will receive an invoice, which will function as the binding agreement, when we ship your itemsfrom our warehouse.
DONE BY DEER A/S accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple pay, Google Pay, Mobilepay (Denmark), Bancontact (Belgium) and iDEAL (the Netherlands).
Payment will only be deducted from your account when your order is shipped from our warehouse, or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
DONE BY DEER A/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
DONE BY DEER A/S's own website (www.donebydeer.com) also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
If you have a valid discount code, you can use it at checkout to claim a discount off your qualifying order.
All discount codes have an expiration date and must therefore be used before they expire.
Discount codes can only be used on full-priced items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotions.
DELIVERY & SHIPMENT
Our warehouse strives to ship all orders within 1-3 business days and all orders are shipped with selected, local courier partners.
We deliver only to customers in these countries (mainland only):
As local delivery conditions are beyond our control, we cannot state with certainty when the order will be delivered at the selected delivery location
You will receive an e-mail with shipping information and tracking number when your order is on its way.
If the desired item is not in stock, we will contact you with this information.
You can always have your package delivered to your home address. Depending on the local conditions, you can also choose delivery at the nearest parcel shop. If you select delivery to a parcel shop, please make sure to pick up your package before it is returned to our warehouse.
If you choose not to pick up the parcel in the parcel shop, the parcel will be returned to us.
Please note that we do not cover any return shipping costs in such case.
Packages returned to us will not be re-sent. We will refund your money to the credit card used for your purchase.
Please note that Done by Deer is not obliged to deliver goods that are out of stock.
CANCELLATION & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Cancel order before shipping
You can cancel your order if the order has not yet been packed.
Please send us an email with subject line “CANCEL ORDER” as soon as possible or contact us by phone.
Kindly note, that we will only be able to help you 9.00 -16.00 (Mon-Thur) and 9.00 - 14.00 (Fri)
Right of withdrawal
Done by Deer always gives you a 365-day right of withdrawal on unused items in original packaging.
The period is calculated from the day you received your items.
The withdrawal period is complied with if you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdrawal, you must send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message, please include your name, physical address, phone number, email address, order number and which products you wish to return.
The address to which the items are to be returned appears below under the section "Returns".
When we receive the return package, we check it for its content and refund the amount you have paid to us upon purchase. The amount is always transferred to the same credit card as used for the purchase.
Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for our warehouse to process the return. We therefore ask for your patience.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs and we recommend that you send it insured with a tracking number. Kindly note that you are responsible for any items lost in shipping.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
If you wish to exchange an item to another colour, size etc. we kindly ask you to place another order at www.donebydeer.com and return the unwanted item(s) back to us.
Please fill out the return form included in your package and send it together with the item(s)to the abovementioned return address.
Condition of the item you have returned
Please note that if you return an item that has been used or washed, the value of the item will be reduced.
In some cases, the reduction will be as high as 100% if the item no longer has a commercial value.
This is decided by DONE BY DEER after receipt of the item.
In order to get a full refund, you may test the product, but not take it into actual use.
WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to DONE BY DEER A/S in a reasonable time after you have received the items. We consider a maximum of two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
If you wish to file a complaint about a product or service, please navigate to the claim form in the footer section. Once you have filled out the claim form, we will get back to you as soon as possible during normal business hours.

The complainant waives the right to cancel the purchase if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
DONE BY DEER A/S covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. It is only registered in our customer directory. You can request to have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to trade with us, we need the following information:

We only register your personal information for the sole purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with DONE BY DEER A/S, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
