As local delivery conditions are beyond our control, we can’t guarantee the exact delivery date.

DHL parcel shop: 6 EUR
DHL home delivery: 6.95 EUR
Free delivery to a parcel shop on orders over 79 EUR.
Please note that free shipping only applies to orders delivered to a parcel shop.

returns
You have 365 days to return an item bought at www.donebydeer.com.
Simply fill out the return form included in your parcel and send it together with the item or items to:

Please note that we don’t cover return shipping costs. We recommend sending your parcel insured and with a tracking number. You are responsible for any items lost during return shipping.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive your return parcel at our warehouse. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
exchanging an item
If you’d like to exchange an item for another colour, size, or variation, please place a new order at www.donebydeer.com and return the unwanted item or items to us.
Fill out the return form included in your parcel and send it together with the item or items to the return address above.
condition of returned items
You may try the product, but you must not take it into use if you’d like to receive a full refund.
If you return an item that has been used or washed, its value may be reduced. In some cases, the reduction may be up to 100% if the item no longer has any commercial value.
Done by Deer will assess the condition of the item once we receive it.
