Very disappointing

I am a fan of the brand and when I saw that there is a bottle to buy, I immediately got it for my kid. However, the bottle is leaking every time when its goes horizontal. The interesting thing is that is not leaking from the straw but from the lid, between the bottle body and the lid. I tested it by leaving it horizontal a few times in different positions and every time it leaked.
The result of these leakages were wet carpets, clothes, backpacks, etc. Therefore we decided to buy a different bottle, as we cannot fight these leakages anymore. I must say I am very disappointed, I would expect that such situation is anticipated as the bottle is for smaller children and there are mechanisms built in the design that prevent this and that actually work in practice.

I’m sorry to read that you’re unhappy with your straw bottle.

However, I might have a solution to your problem

Our bottles have a small sealing ring on the inside of the lid.

If this ring is not placed correctly or is lost after washing, the bottle may leak a little.

It can also become leaky if the lid is tightened too tightly, so that the small sealing ring is twisted at an angle.

It is therefore important to place the ring correctly after washing and not to over-tighten the lid, this will cause the bottle to leak.
